Panel technology Ltd has a wealth of
experience in deep drawn parts, “A surface”
panel production and welded body assemblies and has a
proven track record of quality service to the automotive
industry at both 1st and 2nd tier levels.
The press shop facility incorporates a range of presses
to suit different needs, including double and single action
units from 150 to 750 tonnes. Panel Technology also operates
multi-axis plasma cutting machines allowing it to offer
a “one-stop-shop” for low to medium volume
pressed body panel components. These press and trim processes
are supported by a CO2 and spot welding capability. Where
production volumes are high enough Panel Technology also
establishes dedicated weld and assembly cells. |
